Noves has a live product with real ecosystem adoption, a significant early-mover advantage as the only solution of its kind on Canton, and a front-row seat to arguably the most important institutional blockchain ecosystem in the world.

The Role

We are hiring a Director / VP of GTM Strategy and Operations to help lead Noves’ nextphase of growth across strategic partnerships, commercial strategy, GTM systems, and market expansion. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant strategic influence, owning Noves’ most important GTM initiatives and partnerships.

What You’ll Do

You should be comfortable building from 0 to 1. This role is not for someone who needs a fully-built machine around them. We are looking for someone to build repeatable GTM systems, shape commercial strategy, and create momentum directly when needed, to help Noves scale. This role is especially focused on Canton Network and adjacent ecosystem opportunities, so familiarity with Canton and its ecosystem is highly valuable.

  • Own strategy, development, and execution for Noves’ most important GTM initiatives and strategic partnerships from sourcing through launch and expansion
  • Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across infrastructure providers, tokenization platforms, custodians, data providers, and other strategic counterparties
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder commercial processes involving partnership structure, referral or reseller agreements, commercial terms, pricing, legal negotiation, technical scoping, and joint GTM planning
  • Build pilot and design-partner programs that turn early demand into product learning, proof points, and scalable commercial opportunities
  • Build repeatable GTM systems and operating processes across pipeline management, qualification, CRM hygiene, forecasting, enablement, and commercial execution
  • Help shape product strategy and roadmap priorities by translating market feedback, deal friction, and partner needs into actionable recommendations
  • Identify and assess new blockchain ecosystem opportunities where Noves’ private data infrastructure could become strategically important
  • Travel and represent Noves credibly in meetings, executive dinners, industry and ecosystem networking events
  • Build conviction internally around partnership quality, commercial strategy, market expansion opportunities, and revenue potential

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience across GTM strategy, partnerships, and commercial execution
  • 2+ years experience operating in a leadership or senior commercial role
  • Proven track record of helping scale a company from 0 to 1
  • Strong negotiator and operator with proven ability to structure and advance complex multi-stakeholder opportunities through commercial and legal cycles
  • Demonstrated experience building GTM systems, not just relationship management
  • Demonstrated experience shaping pricing, packaging, partner structures, commercial terms, revenue operations, and cross-functional GTM processes
  • Has mature executive presence and judgment to serve as a credible counterpart to C-suite and other senior decision-makers
  • Highly preferred: existing network, private association member, and trusted relationships across institutional infrastructure providers, custody, tokenization, stablecoins, market infrastructure, node operations, data, or adjacent strategic partners
  • Highly preferred: existing knowledge of Canton Network and established relationships within the Canton ecosystem

Technical fluency

You need at least a medium technical fluency, with the ability to understand and speak intelligently about blockchain infrastructure, blockchain data, software and APIs, and some level of technical requirements for regulated institutions.
Canton familiarity

You need at least a basic working understanding of Canton Network, the major players in the Canton ecosystem, and why privacy-enabled blockchains matter in institutional settings. You do not need to be a deep protocol expert, but you should be able to get up to speed quickly.

  • Structuring and advancing complex partnerships with clear commercial logic, active stakeholder engagement, ongoing legal progression, and intentional execution toward launch or close
  • Helping Noves become seen as a trusted strategic counterpart to major blockchain infrastructure providers and ecosystem partners
  • Increasing Noves’ commercial footprint in Canton Network
  • Shaping a repeatable GTM motion as the company continues to scale
  • Identifying and helping open the next blockchain ecosystem opportunity where Noves’ private data infrastructure can become strategically important
