Full Stack Product Engineer
About the Role
Our client is looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer who can quickly ship modern, reliable applications and help rebuild the legacy systems behind them.
You’ll work across the stack, from frontend experiences and APIs to backend services, databases, and infrastructure. You’ll take ownership of problems from idea through production and work closely with Product to decide what to build and how to build it.
They work AI-first. AI coding tools and agents are a core part of how they understand existing systems, write and review code, create tests, debug issues, and ship software faster.
What You’ll Do

Build and ship products end-to-end across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.

Modernise and progressively replace legacy applications and services.

Understand large, unfamiliar codebases and simplify complex systems.

Break large rewrites into safe, incremental releases.

Use AI coding tools and agents throughout the development workflow.

Make pragmatic architecture and technical design decisions.

Own what you build through deployment, observability, performance, and reliability.

Work directly with Product to turn customer and business problems into working software.
What They’re Looking For

3+ years of experience shipping production software.

Strong full-stack engineering experience.

Experience working in existing or legacy codebases.

Strong experience with TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.

Experience building backend services, APIs, and relational data models.

Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD.

Comfortable moving quickly, working through ambiguity, and owning problems end-to-end.

Experience using modern AI coding tools as part of your day-to-day engineering workflow.

Strong technical judgment and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with large-scale migrations, distributed systems, AWS, Terraform, Datadog/OpenTelemetry, high-volume platforms, or payments and fintech.
