Product Manager, ERP

  • Baker Street, London, Greater London, England, United Kingdom

About the Company

Our client is an established cross-border payments platform, helping SMEs and consumers across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand collect, convert, hold, and send money across markets. They serve a large, established user base for both currency information and international money transfer.

They’re currently rebuilding the platform layer behind cross-border payments for corporate and consumer clients. The team is small enough that code ships fast and individual decisions matter, while being backed by a listed global payments group – so the problems they’re solving are real-scale, not toy problems.

About This Role

They’re hiring a Product Manager focused on ERP integrations as the core of the role, who owns a product end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap through delivery and the metrics it moves. You already use AI as part of how you think, plan, prototype, and ship, and shape how the team does the same.

You’ll own a product that moves money for the company’s customers in production, define what gets built and when, and serve as the squad’s product co-lead with the Team Lead. Your squad owns the in-product workflows run inside Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), and Xero, and the accounting orchestration layer behind them. You partner with engineering on delivery, align with adjacent squads on cross-cutting work, and bring compliance, design, and partner constraints into the roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Define the in-product workflows run inside Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), and Xero, and the accounting orchestration layer behind them.

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for the squad: what gets built, when, and why, working closely with engineering on tradeoffs and timelines.

  • Discover and validate: talk to SMEs and partners, analyse data, and prioritise based on customer impact and business outcome.

  • Lead execution across engineering, design, compliance, and partner teams: ship the roadmap and track outcomes against metrics.

What They’re Looking For

Must-have

  • 4 to 7 years of product management in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.

  • Track record owning product strategy and roadmap for a complex domain. Experience with ERP integrations or the accounting domain (Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F&O, or Xero), or strong familiarity with how businesses run accounting and payments.

  • Strong customer and partner discovery skills, with experience validating problems and prioritising what to build.

  • Strong data and analytics skills: defining metrics, running experiments, analysing outcomes, and using product analytics tools (Amplitude, or equivalent).

  • Strong technical fluency: APIs, data flows, and system architecture basics, enough to partner with engineering on technical decisions.

  • Comfort working across compliance, legal, design, and partner teams to ship in a regulated environment.

  • Daily use of AI tools across product work (research, analysis, documentation, and prototyping), with a clear point of view on how a product org should adopt AI.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate technical and business decisions across audiences.

Nice-to-have

  • Track record of zero-to-one product launches.

  • Experience with B2B or SME-focused fintech.

  • Experience working with banking partners or payment processors.

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and knowledge of UX design best practices.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive salary & discretionary bonus

  • 23 days annual leave, increasing with service (capped at 28 days)

  • Paid day off for your birthday

  • 4% employer pension contribution

  • Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

  • Life cover, income protection & critical illness cover

  • Healthcare

  • Mental health and wellbeing support

  • Volunteering day for a charity of your choice
