Product Manager, Pricing

  • Denver, Denver County, Colorado, United States

About the Company
Our client is a global leader in cross-border money transfer, making it fast, reliable, and affordable for people to send money abroad. They are one of the largest players in traditional remittances, and are now focused on making online money transfers simple and accessible to everyone.

About the Role
Our client is looking for a Product Manager to own Pricing on their Activation team — one of three core areas, alongside Payout and Resend, that power how money moves through their platform. This role sits at the center of how they compete: you drive the pricing strategy, tooling, and in-app experience that determine what customers pay to send money and how competitively they can price against the market. You lead a small development team building their internal pricing automation platform and shape how pricing shows up in their user-facing app, advancing their revenue management systems, pricing automation, intelligence, and experimentation.

Their Digital Product organisation in Denver is rapidly growing, and this is a high-visibility, high-ownership seat with a clear path to more scope as the pricing platform matures.

If you care about solving practical problems that matter to millions of people sending money home — and want direct ownership over the pricing engine behind that experience — get in touch.

What You Do
Discover Opportunities

  • Use pricing data, market signals, and competitive analysis to surface opportunities

  • Translate market analysis and Revenue Management input into problem statements worth solving

  • Prioritise initiatives based on evidence from research and experimentation

Drive Execution

  • Lead a development team building and scaling their internal automation tools

  • Write clear specs that enable fast, confident development

Own Outcomes

  • Define success metrics and tie your work directly to revenue impact

  • Push for measurable impact, not just output

  • Own delivery and results, adjust your approach based on outcomes, and apply learnings to future initiatives

Align Stakeholders

  • Partner closely with the Revenue Management team on strategy

  • Work with Growth and Digital App teams to bring new initiatives into the core product experience

  • Build alignment by explaining the “why” behind decisions, not just seeking agreement

  • Ensure your work aligns with company strategy while making trade-offs and opportunity costs visible to stakeholders

What They’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of product experience in software, fintech, or online services

  • Fluent in English, with experience working across time zones and remote teams

  • Comfortable translating business stakeholder needs into clear product requirements

  • Proven record of shipping and iterating on impactful products, ideally end-to-end

  • Strong product sense and understanding of user behaviour

  • Able to zoom in and out between strategy and execution

  • Clear communicator who backs decisions with evidence

  • Comfortable running basic BI queries and turning data into decisions

  • Familiar with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar analytics platforms, plus basic familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma

  • Regularly explores new apps and enjoys analysing what makes them work, or not

  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with at least Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office
