About the Company

A stablecoin infrastructure business providing a single API network for financial institutions, neobanks and payment providers to access digital asset liquidity, cross border payments and treasury tools across 75 currencies. $8M raised earlier this year and scaling fast into new markets.

The Role

This is a senior commercial hire for Latin America, reporting directly into senior leadership. They are looking for someone to own Mexico and Brazil end to end, building institutional relationships, generating pipeline and closing partnerships from first conversation through to live transaction. No playbook, no team to inherit. You are writing it from zero.

What You Will Own

• Build and own the commercial presence across Mexico and Brazil

• Generate pipeline across financial institutions, neobanks, PSPs and payment providers

  in both markets

• Own the full sales cycle from origination through to signed contract and activation

• Define the outbound motion and prospecting process for the region

• Feed market intelligence back into product and GTM strategy

• Represent the company at relevant events and in the right rooms across both markets

What They Are Looking For

• 5 to 10 years in B2B sales or BD, ideally within fintech, payments or stablecoin infrastructure

• Proven track record selling into and building relationships across Mexico and Brazil

• Experience owning a full enterprise sales cycle, not just managing accounts

• Someone who originates, not just responds

• Track record of building a sales motion from scratch strongly preferred

• Stablecoin, crypto or cross border payments experience a strong plus
