Treasury Analyst

  • London, Greater London, England, United Kingdom

Reporting Line: Head of Treasury
Seniority Level: Analyst-level (entry point role with significant real-money responsibility from day one; not a typical graduate finance role)
Location: Central London
Experience Required: treasury, FX, and stablecoin accounting quickly

Summary:
The company is building the global payment network for money moving into, across, and out of the world’s emerging markets, with stablecoin rails under the hood. This role sits on the operational heartbeat of the business: moving money across borders, managing liquidity across currencies and stablecoins, and ensuring payout partners are funded on time, every time. The analyst will manage real cash flows across GBP, EUR, USD, and USDT, prefund payout partners in Nigerian Naira and other African currencies, and monitor daily FX exposure — with more day-one responsibility over real money than most people get in their first five years.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily cash positions across bank accounts and stablecoin wallets (GBP, EUR, USD, USDT)

  • Execute prefunding to payout partners in African currencies, managing settlement timing and minimising idle cash

  • Track and flag FX exposure across corridors, supporting hedging decisions

  • Reconcile partner payouts daily: matching what was sent, what partners received, and what reached end recipients

  • Build and maintain treasury dashboards and cash flow forecasts

  • Support month-end close processes, including bank reconciliations and intercompany transactions

  • Help prepare financial data for board reporting and investor materials

  • Assist with onboarding new banking and payout partners from a finance perspective

Requirements:

  • Numerate and detail-oriented, with the ability to spot discrepancies in large datasets

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch, in a function without an existing handbook

  • Operationally relentless: focused on things working in practice, not just being correct on paper

  • Curious about crypto and payments, understanding why stablecoins exist and why cross-border payments are broken (personal use of products like Wise, Remitly, or USDT is a plus)

  • Fast learner, able to pick up treasury, FX, and stablecoin accounting on the job

  • Reliable and time-sensitive: shows up, follows through, and doesn’t let time-critical funding slip

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Exposure to FX markets, trading, or financial services

  • Personal experience with crypto (DeFi, stablecoins, wallets)

  • Experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite)
