I specialise in scaling cross-functional teams for early-stage crypto and Web3 startups, with six years of experience across both bear and bull markets. That time in the trenches gives me a real understanding of the industry’s economics and what it actually takes to attract specialist talent regardless of where the market sits.

Throughout my career, I have spent time helping scale recruitment firms in London and New York, two cities that taught me a lot about operating in fast-moving, high-pressure environments, and where I built much of the network I still work with today.

I’m someone who brings a lot of energy to the work, moves fast, and is honest about what’s realistic. I’m not interested in quick placements, what I care about is building genuine, long-term relationships with the people and companies I work with, whilst delivering on what I say I will. That’s what keeps this interesting for me.

Away from work, I enjoy running when I can, try to keep my golf handicap respectable, and watch far too much football, or soccer, depending on where you’re from.
