Having immersed myself in the fintech, payments and web3 space for the last 8 years, I feel uniquely positioned to advise global businesses on their talent strategy. 2 years ago the timing felt right to start Find and the companies values are ones that I hold dear myself. I’m on a journey to bring the talent conversation into the spotlight in our ecosystem.

People talk all the time about technology, regulation and product but they never talk about the people that build it. I’d like to change that. Personally, I love people, travel (luckily I get to do it lots through work), playing/watching sport and spending quality time with family and friends. I have a passion and energy for life that I hope comes across in the interactions that I have with people professionally and personally daily!
