With 4 years’ experience in Fintech, I specialise in senior-level recruitment across Finance and Operations focusing on Stablecoin, payments and Web3 spaces in particular.

I partner with founders and leadership teams across startups and VC-backed companies often at the point where the right Finance hire can change the trajectory of the business. I value building relationships with leaders in this space,  getting to understand how they think, how they operate day to day, and having real, in-depth conversations about their roles and how they are changing the businesses they work with.

I particularly enjoy working with finance leaders, they sit at the centre of the business, across strategy, operations and performance, which makes the conversations a lot more interesting and insightful.

Beyond work, I’m someone who values a slow, intentional life — cooking, trying new restaurants, reading, and listening to podcasts. I care deeply about giving back and am involved in charity work. I also love tennis, though I’ll be the first to admit the game hasn’t quite loved me back yet.
